After three years of administration and land acquisition, in 2023 we succeeded in establishing our first pasture and, in the autumn, bringing in our first heifers and two steers of purebred Aberdeen Angus from an organic farm.

We currently manage more than 30 hectares of land using regenerative practices. Our cattle are grazed using adaptive grazing, meaning that depending on conditions, we move them approximately every one to two days to a new paddock with fresh pasture. Our entire farm is organic. At present, we are in the conversion phase, as we are taking over land previously managed conventionally.

In 2024, our first calf a bull was born. We are currently building a herd that should consist of at least 30 breeding cows of purebred Aberdeen Angus. The herd is being developed from pedigree breeding females. We plan to process the bulls for regional sales of our products in our own organic slaughterhouse.

Meat from organic

Raised on green pastures, stress-free processing directly on the pasture, and butchered in our own organic cutting facility. We age meat until it reaches the proper level of maturation.
